Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i'd like to buy those SX's... but after the axles, i'm broke for at least a couple months.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

ah...

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Anthony - might need those if my leafs continue their downward trend or I keep putting hundreds of pounds of junk in the back for long periods of time... no... these are not related reasons at all.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

haha ok... 1st to give me $ for them is the new owner.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

OK, I probably won't need em in time then... but there is a guy looking for such a product in the classifieds right now, just saw his post.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

So Scott's for sale thread of model trains got me thinking about my father's stuff. Sure, we've got some H0 scale sized stuff (who doesn't?), but the real fun and nice stuff is the late 50s Gilbert made American Flyer S gauge trains. Those were some fun times as a kid. I'll have to re-dig them out someday.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I would have killed for a set like that as a kid... my brother, sister, and I got a Tomy set at least, which we spent a lot of time with. We loved it since we had legos as well, and the Tomy sets combine well with legos.

(I wasn't the most fanatical train lover in the family, my brother was so into trains he insisted on making choo choo noises as he walked around the house, and on more than one occasion backed up into the open dishwasher door while doing so :roflmao:)

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

he also has a set of 35 spline chromo inner & outer 60 shafts for $400!!!

ughh. I saw those too :rattle:

It's either quarter panel armor, or those shafts (if he's got them in a couple weeks) so probably armor, which is the smarter buy anyway. But damn those shafts are a good deal.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I was pretty big into trains, I just found my "big scale" train set (the kind people put around their Xmas tree, that O scale? I can't remember and don't feel like searching). I may be selling that next.

The HO stuff I have... well half it got lost somewhere. I had a ton of stuff in original boxes.. for all I Know it was all cheap worthless stuff, but maybe not :dunno:

Well, if anyone wants train stuff I'm not looking to get much for it. Just trying to clear out space.

Will trade for Jeep parts :D

On the note of random crap I have: Does anyone on here collect stamps and know what may be worth selling? I have a ton of stamps I got at some point in my life, really don't remember when. Some of them may actually be worth something. Most of them I am sure are worth nothing. Would be curious if anyone actually has a hobby like that who would want to take a look through them for/with me and let me know if anything is worth selling. Then again for all i know those got lost in the shuffle too. :banghead:

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I just like my uncles door panels in his 99 over the vinyl/pleather that comes on the older ones like my 94. More of a personal interior comfort thing than function.
