Jeff at Crown has extended stock bumpstops for the rail, and you can make your own bumpstop/u-bolt plates pretty easily out of some .375" plate. Cut to shape and drill some holes.

meh as long as u can throw some self tappers through them theyll be fine. and if u break one just stitch it together with zip ties

I went for a ride in a Pinzgauer on Saturday...thing was BADASS!!!

there's one of those things over by my shop almost collecting dust. the front end has a portaled IFS, where the CV joints are like 6" in diameter. I WANT IT

oh like these plates?

Almost exactly like those! 9/16 holes, 6" wide (same width as my perches), for now just 10" long, bolt holes spaced for 2.5" springs and 3.25" axle tube. I'll probably trim the bumpstop plate end of them down somewhat once I figure out where the bumpstop will land, for now I just left em full width.
