Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

What are your 33s again? And the problem with that plan is that I wanted to get tires before the 13th, I think you will be parting out, what, a day late for that one? haha

I may consider just going up with the 33 AT's...er... the 31 ATs and taking you up on that one though.

33" mtrs. 5 of em, spare is tubed due to a slashed sidewall, rest are fine frt's have 1/3 tread read are atleast half maybee more, they come on 15x8 steelies

I will keep that in mind while I shop around. I just found out I could be running 33x13.50 LTBs for around $650 so I might do that, then just pick up some single 33" spare. Ohhh, Irok ND's. Tempting

go for the 34's, the 33" ltb's are to wide, heck buy anthonys

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

wheels are 8 lug, tires have alot of tread left but do have some chunking from wheeling, id perfer not to split em as i dont want to deal woth pulling apart the beadlocks, i wont go any lower the 1k for the set, wheels alone go for 1400 new

If you are in fact parting it and someone wants the wheels I'll buy the tires.

I did just see Anthony's and thought about it, but I kinda want to run at least a 12.50, largely because that's what I am used to having.. a backspaced out 12.50. And I like the stability I have from them.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i just picked up 5 33x12.5 swamper tsl radials for 150 bucks last week,2 brand new, 2 at 90% and 1 at 20%, so much better then my 1/2 tread 33x10.5 tsl's, and they arent as bad in the snow as i thought theyd be

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Don't tempt me :twak: lol

That transmission really bit into my last paycheck, though if I hadn't been a dumbarse about it, it probably wouldn't have. And I need to save some more money in case I actually buy this house.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Alright, so I've been working on replacing the terribly worn out harmonic balancer on the briarwood, resealing the t-stat housing again, (it keeps leaking, even after replacing the t-stat housing), replacing the steering pump pulley, and it was all going so well, I was only waiting for something to happen.

THE DAMN BOLTS FROM THE HARMONIC BALANCER PULLER WON'T FIT IN THE HARMONIC BALANCER!
I went and tested on the new harmonic balancer, and the 1 of the 3 sets of bolts they supplied (I had to buy the damn puller because Autozone didn't have it, and NAPA doesn't rent out tools here) worked with the new balancer, but none of them work on the '91's HB.

Anyone run into this before?
