THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

just replace the rockers with 2x6 box tube, you dont need to go as high as the link that ross posted, and with the zj stuff it has to be v8 to be beefy
Got it, figured I could just aim a little lower with the angle grinder. Was just looking into whether the ZJ stuff had to be V8 or not. I seem to recall the driveshaft also having to be from a V8 to get the extra length. Going to check my dana catalog to make sure of that.

EDIT: Kyle, I don't see a problem, he appears to have a perfectly functional 3.3L I5 engine with the upgraded "continuous oil change" and "ultra HD rust prevention" options installed :dunno:

black berry brandy, 007's, Red Bull and Vodka, a couple games of beer pong, things really get fuzzy when we started doing shots of grey goose, so happy new year
i am getting sick reading that. i think i had "one of everything" last night

Agreed. Just go hard joints all the way around and dont look back. Get the bigger sixe bolt option too, always a good thing. Ill most likely end up with the 2.63" joints with 5/8" bolts on the lowers and the 3" joints with 3/4" bolts for the upper.

no reason go that big on the upper. if you make your lower control arm mounts flush with the axle tube that will be taking every hit. the upper arm will just be there to control the torqueing of the axle. i think ill be doing 5/8" bolts on each of my arms on my 3 link

i want to put mine up to where i have to trim 2" out of the bottom of my doors
i had to trim about 1/4" off my doors (because i focked up)

and idk if i would want to go any higher.

I mean the rockers being where they are have kept me from going over on occasion. if you are gettin tippy and the rocker hits a rock or whatever it will save yo azz. i have never gotten hung up on em' and i have done some pretty silly v-notches.

PIC BECUZ I CAN
