technically, there's 3 gears associated with reverse (input, idler, output). the only thing wrong with justin's tranny was 4th, and you had to take the entire thing apart to get to that synchro, but you only have to take it halfway apart to get the idler gear for reverse out. i'll bet $ that you stripped the idler and not one of the ones that's machined onto the main shafts.

Colin - http://autolumination.com/headlights.htm has em, scroll down to "headlight socket receptacles" they're in the last row, $4 each. I'm not a fan of the 16awg leads they use but I bet the eautoworks ones are about the same.

Holy christ that guy was anoying. Seemed fake though.

Today's realization: Why was I grinding down my welds to make them look pretty? They don't have to be pretty to be functional... and my floors definitely don't need to look nice (most likely getting covered with liner anyway).

Anyway, I'm bored. need to find something to do.
