Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

rolling off to RI, woo! Got the wiring harness for my OHC pulled in today. I'd like to note that I hate working with anything that involves headliner.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I take it it was that straight up wall of a ledge at the end. That's the reason I took a drastic left when getting Scott out of there.

Yep that's the one.

Took out the ears on the stub shaft, shafts rode up on each other, pushed the ball joints out.

Joint is still intact.

Ran to autozone to grab some ball joints, press, and swapped em out on the trail and threw in my spare shaft.

Drove home with no problems :D

vid is in this thread http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1015007

i didnt think the ledge was that bad, alot better then the ledge that anthony almost rolled goin down on upper, i thoght the whole trail wasnt nearly as bad as you and billy described it, me and colin could od made it unbroken if we took it easy on the last ledge but there no fun in that

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I didn't say it was bad just good with alot to offer. I like trails that offer different stuff and consistently not only every once in awhile. Still sounds like you guys had fun.

anyone know anything about the AmSteel Synthetic winch line from Q-Tec? is it a good brand? also if anyone is looking for long arms this winter Johnny will be ditching his full traction arms

PM Ba-Riedo about synthetic line if that's what he's gonna replace his with. I'm going to be ordering 85' of 3/8" of the amsteel blue soonish, maybe we can get a deal if we order 2 lines. might be somethin to ask him about anyway :dunno:

here's my worst pic of that bunch. my airhead moment of the day. as you guys can tell, I always have one airhead moment per day of wheeling :gee:

Also, www.winchline.com He occasionally has rolls of winchline that is in "odd" colors that he makes great deals on. I got a great deal on orange synth winchline a few years ago now.
