Another quick tip.
If you use ballistics coil mounts, take a piece of tube that is just smaller then the inside of the spring only needs to be about 1/4" thick and weld it to the mount between the mount and the bolt on plate. It will keep your coil from wondering.

Maybe I will have to pick up a tig as my next welder. My millermatic 135 will only do so much.

Funny thing is that I spent $500 on my currently welder and my father was kinda in a "wtf do you need to waste money on that for" type of deal. Now that I have used it quite a bit (and a real good mech & family friend that we know stopped by and straight up complimented the welder). Now I said I need something bigger once I finish my floors and rockers... I was just told "well that will just be another purchase" for a later time

So TIG welder here I come. just need to figure out a good one to get at a good price

I failed you all. I think I'm just going to get a shackle lift for the rear to pick it back up. And 32's with 4.56's and a aussie in the front to match the rear. I really don't want to get into long arms and SYE right now. I just don't have that kind of money.

i got a set of RRO 1.5" shackles im lookin to sell was askin 50 but $40 and there yours, also if your not goin the sye routs get a YJ slip yoke as the stock xj slipyoke starts binding at 3"
