i've looked into it... big money. i do really want one, but idk. too much dough, at least for anytime soon. 3550s are relatively dirt cheap. main reason i want the 3550 is i've read that when you bolt your 231 up to it, you can do a flat belly skid. i guess the holes on the output of the wrangler trans is clocked up a few degrees supposedly. i don't think there's too much difference in strength over an ax15, which so far has served me just fine anyway.

you can get a clocking ring for like 50 bucks

or be cool and drill holes in the output housing on a slushbox.

*note the exclusion of a J-truck- although they are cool and my Honcho is pretty sweet I guess, I want to beat the crap out of a gladiator.
