Ha, sorry Bill. Thats actually the second time I've done that today, dredging up old posts that never happened.

It always interesting to go back and see stuff from so long ago, and compare what actually happened to what was being planned.

so word i've got someone coming up already to pick up my old 32s this afternoon! they'll get out of my way, and they'll give me a little cash to use as a mountain bike budget

or... rent for the shop for another month... or towards a rear bumper.. or whatever else

My first post here...

I have a '91 XJ Sport. 2-dr, 4.0L, AW-4, 8.25 out back. I bought this a while back for lke 600 bucks, and it's not in bad shape and runs pretty good with some minor fixes needed. Now my main question is, when I went to the dealer to get the breather tube (goes from the valve cover to the air box) they said the one that fit mine was for a '96 engine. Now also, I read somewhere that they put in an interlock thing so you have to brake to move the lever out of park in '96, and mine does that. Are there any date codes on the block that I could check this with? Thanks, if you need anymore info please let me know.

Haha sorry man, I wasn't really ragging on you, I was just going through some old posts searching for something and I happened to come across that. I thought it was funny, seeing how that was so long ago, and it was talking about right now.

Its ok, I at least make some events, XJ or not.

Very true. But it was actually better that I didn't, I had a ton of stuff I needed to get done that week at work.

Ha, I just noticed you changed the quote in your quote to say "Mark is a creepy stalker." I actually wasn't searching through your posts, I was trying to find pictures of Casm's Jeep, and I take it you sent him your old XJ44?

I am doing the first load of laundry up here since I got back to Boston on June 29th.

Then I'm off to Florida tomorrow to enjoy the amazingly hot and humid climate they have.

He said he would when he made it out there. I also gave him the u-joint to give to you, but it is unlikely that you will actually receive said part, since he has a D60 sitting in his yard.

Ross wants to put a 97+ front clip on his red 2 door.
He basically was eying all the parts on my 2 door when I was at his place the other day, thinking of what he could put on his.

When I told him that you were holding a header panel for me, his ears perked up a little. (by the way, thanks for getting it and holding on to it for me)

go to see my manager today, havent seen anyone from work here in nh as ive been working in NY all summer, shes all glad that im back and next summer there not gonna let me leave, then we go over my review, its outstanding, i did great in NY everything is well obove average, then we get to my raise nice 30 cents, i told her no way was that gonna fly, and she better talk to her boss, i really felt insulted i, but on the other side i should be happy that i do have a job i guess
