THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i'm from western mass, no accent but i do say wicked like its my job.

PA has a pretty noticable accent too, it sounds like everyone down there is on Viva La Bam. I never knew it till i went to RC last year.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

My urges to buy a PS3 yesterday have been replaced by urges to buy a RigidCo rear tire carrier.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I often get compliments on mine, when around other jeepers... Just one suggestion if you plan on doing the cut and fold on the lower rear quarters do it now and get those endcaps.

Ya, I was planning on the cut and fold endcaps, with maybe the new dual hinge tire carrier, except having the larger mounting area on the drivers side. I want to put the tire down lower, and as far towards the driver side so I can keep a little bit of visibility out the rear window. Probably gas can holder and lights on the other side, with verticle hi-lift mount. Maybe some recessed reverse lights as well.

If not the dual hinge carrier, I would talk with him see if he could switch the hinge to the driver side. I want the tire on the driver side, and it would put a ton of leverage on the hinge if it were on the pass side.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

so my jeep now has plates again so i can take it on the road! i also got the MTZs mounted for only $40 because the guys at NTB are cool. an inspection sticker, the rear driveshaft back on and a waterpump and it'll be driving by the weekend party1:

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

mark...give me the tube you were going to use for a rear bumper and I will allow you to purchase an aftermarket bumper.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

im upgrading the tie rod on the blue jeep, and i now got a bone to pick with a cretain trail that kicked my ass yesterday

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Me and colin have 1.5" dom for steering

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I will never allow you to purchase and aftermarket bumper.

Not until you finish your front one :D
Didn't you just purchase an after market bumper?

This is one of the reasons I want to purchase a rear bumper. I started the work on that front bumper on 4/18/09, and it is now 7/26/09, and barely any progress has been made since that weekend.
Oh, and all I had to do was cut one mount off, make new mounts, make plates for the bottom, and cut out holes for the recessed lights. Now how long do you think it would take me to build one from scratch, with that tire carrier piece too.

I also don't want to burden Ross, with all that. I hate freeloading.

If I do purchase a bumper, I will give the tube to you. After you pay for it, that is...

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I know why you posted that part in small text...

Does posing mean you actually wheel it...? If so, then I'm a HUGE poser.

:D
Oh, I'm sorry, but I had this steering box that was pissing fluid all over the place, and I needed to change it and all, etc. etc. :D
Hey I've wheeled a few times. And you need steering to drive on the street, which I have been doing.

Brown Dog MM ordered.

Travis knows why :D
I still need to call Brown Dog and ask them WHY the heck my bushing is no longer in the mount.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Ya I did it to be like mark. I wanted beefy steering so I can just leave it parked and day dream wheel.
