holy crap i'm pooped from wrestling with the damn shackle bolts and shit. i got the passenger side 1.25" shackle on now with the spring back in place, but hte XXXXin driver side upper shackle bolt is frozen to the bushing sleeve so its being a BITCH to get out. one of the guys from the shop a few doors down showed me a trick to use my pickle fork to slowly hammer it out, but its very very intense, and wailing away on it for well over a half hour has taken its toll. and its really loud for the people in the condos next door. but whooo since i didnt have any homework tonight so i was actually able to work on it for a few hours!

carmelo you still able to come up Friday to get the D30?

i soaked my shackle bolts in pn blaster everyday for 2 weeks before the shackle install and they came right out

no, the just cut rear quarters and have others fix it

I WANT IT!!! My motorcycle license course actually start tomorrow at 5:30. But because of it I can't make it to the DWE. Almost not even worth going now because I can't get a bike yet so I won't be riding this year.

Anyone have a small section of steel plate? It doesn't need to be super thick or super big I just need something to fix a cab mount on the Honcho.

I have some. IIRC it's 20ga sheet metal, I used it to patch the rust on my floor pans. How much do you need?

EDIT: Oh wait, you said cab mount not just cab. Probably not thick enough sorry.

I have some. IIRC it's 20ga sheet metal, I used it to patch the rust on my floor pans. How much do you need?

A small square but it would need to be better than 20ga since it is for a cab mount. It just doesn't need to be 1/4" plate or anything super thick.
