THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Anthony needs to fix his DW before he buys a bike.

...and then buy a CTD

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

nahhh. fix dw, buy ctd, ride a bicycle. that sounds good :) or get a motorcycle, thats fine. maybe it'll give me incentive to get mine moving :laugh3:

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

the plan is to get a bike and build a 3-link while DDing the bike

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

try giving them a call, if your order hasn't shipped they could probably just add it on

Seriously, get a man's bike. Get a Harley.
My brother just brought home his new XL 1200C. THAT is a bike, the above garage you posted is not. :)

a big, heavy, loud, slow, POS that's too much bike to learn on and not what i want? you sir, can bite me. i feel probably as strongly against harleys as you feel for them, so this is a mute point.

this bike is a suzuki sv650 and has a 650cc vtwin... it's not a crotch rocket... i've ridden one before and they're comfortable, reliable, and cheap enough... i want a ducati 696 but they're too expensive to justify right now, especially for a first bike.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

oooo, them's fightin' words.

I don't mind the crotch rocket. I'd either buy a Yamaha R1 or a Honda CBR1000RR

Actually a 1200 Sporty is not big and only weighs about 600lbs. I learned how to ride on one and there easy to ride. As far as slow my last Harley I built was quite fast considering to of my buddies could not keep up on there rice rockets but I think the driver has something to do with that too.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

ugh classes this summer are extremely time consuming. i haven't had any time to get shit done on the jeep! i'm hoping to get shit fixed on it this weekend, and even though I wanted to get it wheeling this weekend I'm realizing thats not going to happen really.

at least I like actually using my brain and learning than watching my ass get fatter like i did working in a cubicle!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

auto but im considering swaping everything over from the gold jeep to the new one,

4 door black auto. but dentless and rustless.

anyone know if theres a big difference between the 2000 and 99 emission systems?

I dont about the emissions test but they do use a 2 piece header, and slightly diff. cat/muffler with about 5 O2 sensors. If you really need to know I'll check mine out for ya.

Dropped my Honcho off at Lou's Custom today. I hope it comes out decent, this guy Paul is doing it for me and he's done work all the work for my maintenance man that I'm friends with so I trust him.

I thought I saw your rig this morning when I went by there on the way to Stoughton, where I sat all day because of this lovely rain for work.
