THE INVINCIBLE KUNG FU BROTHERS (aka SHAOLIN AVENGERS, 1976) retells the stories of legendary Shaolin fighters Fong Si Yu and Hu Wei Chien, played by Fu Sheng and Chi Kuan-Chun, who played these parts in previous movies. Unlike the other films in Chang Cheh's Shaolin/Fong Si Yu series, this one tells the whole story of Fong, from the killing of his father, his early kung fu training by his mother, and his immersion in the wine baths which make him invulnerable (except for one crucial weak point) to his fight with Tiger Li on the standing log posts to his ultimate battle to the death with the Manchus who burned down Shaolin Temple. (Many of these incidents have turned up in other films, but not all in one sweeping arc as they are here.)

how bad is the mud?? are Qs big enough?? I duno if I feel like hosing the shit off afterwards though....

I didn't do it last year but it didn't look bad. If memory serves me Qs are 36" and that would put you in the modified class as classes are assigned based on tire size. That's why I'm feeling pretty good with a decent V8 and fully locked on 35" TSLs. Most of the guys there are a mess. Bald super swampers, no lockers, lame axles, no gearing so I think i'll do pretty good. If Colin and Adam will run I think they could beat me and probably place pretty good.

Yeah, Qs are 35.5" tall according to the spec....so a true 35 or a 36, either way, it's splitting hairs. So 35 is stock, and 36 is modified?? I'm geared and locked F/R....just not a mud guy really.......

Oh yeah, I met you breifly at Jim's a few months ago, I was driving a pickup though, or some sort of work truck, haha.

Oh right right, I remember you talking about having Qs too. What do Qs give as a measurement on the sidewall? I'm pretty sure that's what they go buy but I don't think they check either. Honestly if you're in the stock class you'll kick ass too. I really think our crew of jeeps are worlds better than the crap that shows up to this show. There are alot of people that go to them. Some times there's something cool on 46+ tires there in the super modified worth looking at, sometimes...

For $40 or whatever they wanted last time, it was retarded.

They turned it into a business rather than a good time. I remember when Rehoboth was $10.
