yard sales dont really exist in the city unfortunately, and nobody really has cars, let alone shops with good, oil free air compressors

is it bad that i have gotten this into my head that i need a compressor?

good, as long as you think its OK anthony! i dont want to hang out on CL for weeks though looking for a compressor, but i also dont want to spend a shitton of $$ on a brand new one. hmm. but i also am sort of at a standstill since i'm out of N2 in my tank, dont want to keep spending $$ to fill it just to use it as shop air where it really should be kept for trail use

I am in bad need of a compressor too.
but I am torn between a big powerful one, and a little one that I can tote around.
The later won't run an impact wrench very well, but it will work for the air nailer to finish the trim in my house...
so torn...
I guess thats why my trim has been down for almost 18 months... :-\

I'll likely be working on the 4th... *might* get out of it, being a Saturday, but I doubt it. If my Jeep's back together, though, and they try scheduling me that day I'll :laugh: and call in sick to go wheeling
