anthony where did you get your d30 axle seals?

i've gotten them from a few places... mitchell's drivetrain and napa. they were twice the price at napa compared to mitchell's...

I just plan on buying tons and storing them away for a while so I have them when I want to do them.

I also planned on wheeling my 30 for a while, but thats changed in 6 months :roflmao:

Not when I get done with it. Shave job and turn the ring gear done a little bit. I'm aiming for close to D30 clearance.

I'll probably cut it so that a piece of 1/2" plate will interfer with the ring gear by about 1/8"-3/16". ill jsut barely have to turn it down the make it clear and it shouldnt lose that much of the tooth surface area.
