RI here i come... is anyone from RI are there any spots to wheel (a yes or no is all im looking for) so i dont waste my time hunting them down

There are a few class 6 roads that are legal to wheel on and some that boarder Connecticut that is in the gray area of whether or not it's legal or not.

i guess they evacuated lots of homes around there.
one of the 10"? pipes broke. looks like they were digging in front of hannafords.
now there is no one around there...ghost town
