Yup I'm sure. lol sorry, I've been neglecting my jeep for toooo long. Now that I've got the 44 to play with theres stuff to doooooo!! Cut the stupid wedges off, grind the welds on the inner c's, get the c's off, turn them, set up my pinion angle/caster, weld the c's back on, Set up all the brackets, weld those on, etc etc... Lots to do!!

there's a chance i might get the other tranny that needs to be repaired on sunday (from bill's friend).

just givin you shit travis, no worries. when it gets to the point to put the new tranny, SYE and axles in I'll probably be trying to get a work party together with jeeps... and beer!

Yeah, and anthony... We're gonna do some cage think-ahead work so I can cut the roof off my jeep and feel as though I've got something to resemble a plan :laugh3:

you WON'T be cutting your roof at all till you have a full plan. if you just hack it together you'll not only waste a ton of $ on tubing, but it will be super heavy and maybe not even as strong.

Yeah. And I know how much you want me NOT to do that, so you better come up on Sunday to continually talk me out of it... I'm going to be holding a grinder for quite a long time working on those stupid wedges, and the nice thin sheetmetal will certainly be extremely appealing...

i wannna fix the jeeeeeeep. i probably *should* fix the balljoints on the truck though so i can get it to pass inspection. its just a matter of time before the big "3" on the windshield raises some attention. but since it seems like and i heard its a pain in the ass job i'm procrastinating and would rather pull the tranny and shit. can you get death wobble with IFS?
