I spent less on mine than I would have had I bought a Pro-Tools or JD2 manual setup. Just had to invest some time building it.

i take it you're willing to let me borrow your plans the tube bender i learned on was a similar setup to one of those, so thats why i was interested in one. ive never played around with the style you have

Have fun to all those wheeling today. I'll make up for my lack of going with time in the garage.

There on pirate for like 300 right now, you really think if you made it you can beat the price? ( havent checked steel prices in awhile now however...)

I built the Air/Hydro one, Style B I think it was, whichever one has wheels.

There on pirate for like 300 right now, you really think if you made it you can beat the price? ( havent checked steel prices in awhile now however...)

Maybe the knockoffs are... keep in mind you still need about $300 for a die.
I have about $450-500 into mine including the die and the ram.

I dont know bill, theres some good ones on pirate. if i could score something like this one below, then id just buy it. otherwise, i might build my own.

And I got nothing done today. Absolutely beautiful out, but I had to work on my dad's f*cking boat trailer for 3 hours and run back and forth to places. I had a cut of wheel grab, blow up, and then kick the grinder into my leg, thankfully I had carhartts on (I almost put my double knee ones on this morning) and it kept the damage down to the minimum. It would have been a nice trip to the hospital if I was wearing shorts.

sounds like a fun day mark i worked on finallizing my rear bumper design got all the critical measurements i needed. tomorrow im goin hunting for metal, then the real fun will begin.
