Today and tomorrow are my weekend, and im starting the aw4 swap from my parts xj to my mj. In the driveway. with a sh*tty floorjack.
this has potential to suck ALOT.

wouldn't suck half as bad if you were swapping an ax-15
I've pulled my trans multiple times in the driveway without it sucking "ALOT"... it's really not bad, just not as nice as it is with a lift

any tips on getting it out with that dipstick tube on there?
i know i know. its for the wife tho. auto only.

looks like i may have found a place to hide my jeep to keep it from getting vandalized. it'll cost a couple hundred a month sadly but i'm already down $600 in tires alone so if it can prevent it from happening again ever, awesome. also it would keep my jeep parts from being all over the place in the house since i think my roommates are getting tired of it. and it would be lit so i can work all night in relative comfort

Where are you going to park it? When I was in Douglas Park, they had an awesome underground park that was nice and warm. It was awesome when I was living there. I don't know if you have to be a resident to have a space though.

Work I have to do....Spending.... :bawl:....**** school.
I need to get my school shit paid for and straightened out before I spend any more on it, (very) unfortunately. So, whatever I guess. At least for now I ought to have everything needed to at least do all the brackets and steering etc...It needs the gears and alloys, those are the biggest $$$$ hurdles left.

There's a place over in Allston that is a bunch of garages that people use for hobby builds, auto repair, and that type of stuff. I originally found it from a guy on NEOW that I picked up a fairlead for Anthony. He's got about 1000 sq feet back there building a buggy to do the king of the hammers trail in may. It's only about $1 a sq foot and they're perfectly cool with working on the jeep, which no other garages let you do around here. Also there isnt any lease for it so I won't need to use it for at least a year.

I dont know about the computer tricks but I used to be a master at pulling jokes on today. Its my bday so I figure I have the obligation to do it but at one point everybody tried to avoid me today with only phone contact. The problem with getting older is you cant get away with some of the really good pranks. Like when my girlfriend goes for the Oreos today good luck with the colgate center.
