Travis, what size relay and fuse are you using for your HID's?
I'm a little unsure of what size fuses to use for all these electronics. I just noticed that the factory headlights only have a 10A fuse.

Mine were actually completely plug n play. bought the bulbs, ballasts and housings and took about 20 min to install... If it's nice out tomorrow I can try to take a couple pictures of how mine's set up.

HIDs draw very little power from what ive read so i guess the stock harness would work.

Ya, but I'm doing all this other wiring with a cool version of a fitchbox, so I'm doing separate relays for each light.
I'm thinking, based on a little something I saw from 5-90, I'll have:
10A fuse for each low beam and 20A relay, and then if I do a single relay for the highbeams, I'll do a 30A fuse.

I originally would have thought the 10A fuse would be too small, but its HID's, and according to the cherokee manual sitting in front of me, the stock headlights have a 10A fuse. If I do blow fuses, I'll just up the fuses.

do you have an upgraded harness? if not the stock wiring might not like the high amp draw. i smoked a wire when i put my h4 conversion in so i had an excuse to do the harness. its a night and day difference
