i found a pic of the YJ i just bought, from the guy's original craigslist ad. he deleted the ad of it listed for $1250, but left the original one with it listed for $1800.

I's say shafts. worse comes to worse, JY always has seats.

Not that will work so well with the 5 points...

My logic is that the seats will take a few weeks to come in as they are built to order. The shafts (right now anyway) are in stock at most places. I can move forward on the suspension and complete that without shafts, but once that is done I'll need the seats to do the interior/exterior cage and reconstruction work. Rather than order them later and have to wait on something, I'll have them.

anybody have some expriences with edelbrock shocks? they seem to have a hell of a sale goin on. the xtreme travel's are 71% off.

too bad i have no clue what i need for shocks, otherwise id be wayyy more interested. once i lower the rig and re-do the leafs, those skyjacker hydro's are goin bye-bye.

I only have the stock inner shafts for the front. I do not have shafts for the rear or for the front outers.

I'm waiting for a call back now on the seats, then they'll get ordered.

Beard Enduros or Ultras, in a Grey/Red/Dark Grey color pattern.
I am still considering the Ultras as well, but for a trail rig the slightly lower side of the Enduros should make it nicer to get in and out of. I'm thinking it over now...

If anyone is still wondering about the edelbrock IAS shocks, they're awesome. I have them in the rear of my Honcho and they ride incredibly smooth. Even on a big leaf sprung truck there is no feedback from the rear when I go over a bump(ask colin).

i still havent cleaned out my jeep since the Jan run, theres still tools and parts scatterd from when i broke the storage box in half, well the 35's are goin in to get mounted up tomorow, and the green jeep will be back on 35's

got 50 full circle clips for $15 today. one of these days ill finally open the chop saw i got and clearance all the shafts i have.

once i get the chop saw and a little jig setup to hold the shaft, i got the feeling that u wont be the only one wanting some done.
