THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i have a several thousand dollar lens on my desk from work.
Sweet, details? Did you miss my last post? ;)
Just FYI, Jeff at Crown has SYE kits too...lol
I got one lined up for $174shipped, I just need to come up with money to pay for it. The left over tax return that isn't used on the seats should just about cover that.

sweet. they're not bad at all to do. is your case out of the jeep?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

by the way, andy in PA, i remember reading your posts about my motor mounts way earlier and they didn't go unnoticed, just unreplied. i was going to get the brown dog rubber ones, just like you recommended. they seem like the best option.

my goal this summer is to basically beef everything up before it gets tweaked. unlike some, i've learned from other's mistakes. no one in particular, but in general, there seem to be horror stories.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

so maybe my luck is turning around
i called some guy about a $500 he was selling down in RI that supposedly was super nice, but turns out after some guy went down yesterday to test drive it they determined it had a bad head gasket so it would be no good for me going from one problem to another. however, after talking to the guy about why i even need a DD car/jeep right now he told me about how he's trying to ditch a 95 volvo 950 wago as well, fully loaded with around 135000 miles for $500, which i may have to swipe up. nothing wrong with it supposedly, and he'll even drive it up to boston for me to check out and take for a spin. book value is over $2000 for the things, stripped down in fair condition at best. i may even make money on this busted tranny - SYE, here I come!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Damn this thread is moving to fast for me.... haha

Thats just the SYE price, I'll be using my NP231 case.

Edit: Actually just looked and it really isn't a "line" on one, seems it is the normal price. Kevin @ 4ws.com if anyone was interested.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

i have a :gay: poster to finish for my junior writing class. btw that class is a huge waste of my time. but don't get me started on that. we had to do the poster on "anything technical" so i did welding.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I'm thinking about going and playing GTA: Vice City. Was talking about it at lunch today with the kid I work with, now I've got the urge.

thats the only game thats in my ps2 usaully. if i feel like driving a car i can, if i feel like shooting someone i can, i like to take the SUV's and try wheeling and climbing different things. some crawl better then others

Haha, thats what we were talking about, all the sh*t we did. I would take a wrangler in San Andreas, put the hydrolics and off-road tires on it at one of those shops, press it so the hydrolics were fully extended like a lift, and then drive around in the mountains, rock crawling.

I would also take planes and see how low I could fly to the ground, and fly under stuff like bridges.

Skydiving into buildings with open courtyards was fun.

And you know you definitely drove around a few times obeying the laws, and stopping at all the red lights.
