so, i replaced my thermostat today.....
the old one
was in
4 pieces!
i had to fish around in the water jacket to get the spring and other bits out....wierd?

found out why it cost so much for my moms Jeep, they charged her (actually me since i paid the bill) $210 for a altanator and $80 for a belt, plus labor and tow, fing crazy, o and i gots to wait a week on ordering the locker since i loaned her money till then

so i got GTA liberty city stories yesterday from gamestop.....
What a HUGE let down from san andres...i dont understand... its like they took GTA3 added a couple cars and made the missions different...same city, same character... wtf lazy programmers i guess....ive played for like an hour and im already bored....
good thing it was only 11.99.
Rant ended.

it was made for the psp, and its a diff character, same with vice city stories, anyways its hard to go back to the old ones after IV

niether am i, alwayed used my brothers, i aint paying that much for a system, got a ps2 3 years ago for xmas, dosnt get used much anymore, just a dvd player

Sorry Anthony, I don't know much about MIG, so I can't help you there.
I've been thinking about bumper brackets as well, and I just did a quick sketch up in SolidWorks, what do you guys think.
This is what the stock ARB brackets resemble, at least that's similar to what I can remember. The circle is there for the "crush zone." Green face is the front wall of the bumper.
I want to make a bracket like this. Mill the features of the ARB bracket in, so that the new bracket will sit flush with the unibody rail, and go over the current bracket and be seam welded at the ends, as well as a few plug welds. It will also be welded to the bumper face. That piece on the end is obviously a d-ring tab.
And here is them mated together. Color added to distinguish parts.

you're going to pretty much need a CNC to make that circular boss.... unless you make an identical plate to the ARB's and weld a big, thick wafer in....
