hey anthony. if you want, you can have the shackles i got but never ended up putting them in my jeep. i think they're RE? i'll try and look back thru my PMs and see what i paid the guy for them. but if you wanted them i can maybe meet you wednesday afternoon after work somewhere... i'm assuming you'll be out in amherst all week? we can figure something out. with all the parts i need to buy coming up the shackles are really the least of my worries haha. gimme a call or something. and to be honest i'm not really even worried about the $ haha. if you can use em, great...i won't be at least for quite awhile.

yeah that'd be sweet. i don't care so much about brand, as much as size. i actually really need them. i'll post a pic of the shackle angle from the side later. it's nearly horizontal towards the back. after i cut the back of the box, they settled and they're hitting the bumper mount. i'm actually at like 3-3.5" lift, which is fine, but i don't want to ruin my leafs by hyper extentending them.

i have a bunch of stuff... i have some longer rear shocks that are kinda beat but rode just like they did the day i put them on... not rusty, just very used. they could be yours if you like.

yeah. these guys are big, i think i measured like 6.25 eye to eye, something like that. i'm not at home now, but they're right on the floor in the big jeep just hanging around.... how far would ya be able to come to meet? i'm going to be working until 3 today. i can do tomorrow too, but im working til 430...whatever works for ya

Is there any different procedure to bleeding ABS than normal?
My Haynes has a headline saying "with ABS", but when you actually read what it says, it doesn't say anything.

i'm not sure about bleeding, probably not any different though.
i just got a call from my sister, and AAA apparently can't get her tire off with the lug wrench. looks like my nitrogen / impact wrench will be put to good use once again rescuing her flat tire

eh she just told me to stay home, since AAA gave her an ETA of 20 minutes from now, even though she's been waiting an hour and a half since the first guy couldnt get the lug nut off with his tools. apparently AAA guys don't know about leverage and should keep a piece of pipe in the back, like everyone should
