I got woken up at 10:00. My grandmother was on the phone hysterical because my grampa was on the roof of their porch shoveling it off.

So I had to go over to their house and hold the ladder while he got down and make sure he didn't hurt himself. The ladder was in a foot of snow leaning up against the gutter of their porch. It was pretty sturdy, but for christ sake his 85th birthday was yesterday.

So instead of being a polak like my grampa, I chose to go out their second story window where I could stay mostly inside and finally cleared their roof off.

haha sweet. early last summer, my dad, my uncle, and i put a new roof on our my grandparent's garage. my grand mother was flipping out cuz my grandfather was up there clearing shingles with us and he's 82... we were telling him to take it easy, but i can't say that i'm not going to be the same

If you compare the damage to my xj to sean's and look at the pillars. there is really not much of a difference. his flop seemed to be more on the side while mine took it on the a pillar. the doors might have helped a little, but i think a rolled xj is screwed either way.

I'd say its better to have doors just for the sake of keeping idiots who dont wear seatbelts inside.

well pete never rolled his, but he did destroy the unibody buy driving like a nut and having 1 tons and 39's, not a single door lined up and that thing had just as much body flex as suspention flex, a little sketchy to drive in but a blast at the same time, bit i agree with roll, once a xj go over its screwed, unless you got agood exo
