as for d30 weight... yeah they look fairly annoying to pick up, with the pumpkin hanging off the side... only thing I can really think of is maybe stick the pass side tube / side of pumpkin on one shoulder and balance it, then attempt to walk? definitely a painful proposition.
Stop worrying already it's way easier than a fully loaded D44 or D60. :D
I think I'm actually going to go look at a '99 Limited tomorrow.

Maybe sell it as is for parts, or do a few things and maybe sell it for more money. I don't think my dad wants me to part it out.

I don't really want to fix the damn check engine light in it right now.

ugh. you hadddd to go and ask what size :laugh3: i'm not sure, but i'd guess 235s or so. I'll send em now, it'll be coming from my phone. tomorrow i'm not sure to be honest... could be around between 2-5 for sure, but definitely not before, and i'm not sure about later. is that window ok for you?

yeah, i think so. i'm so used to looking at tires from a wheeling perspective that they look low, but idk. they're probably fine for inspection...whats the rule? they all still have visable tread, no belts/bulges etc... the kid i got em from said he used em for rollers and inspection, so going off of that, i'd say they're good...

Well, it will take me about 40 mins to get to the Jeep, say an hour for looking it over/test drive, then about 1hr 15 mins to get to your place from there?

This is also assuming I can go look at it. It looks like its at a dealership, but I have to call tomorrow morning to double check.

If not, I'll call you tomorrow, then probably stop at your place after my class.

my ax-15 has less than half the fluid it's supposed to have. and 3/4 of the fluid it has is 30wt oil. it makes noise but hey, it still goes into gear. and i have 2 others as spare for rebuild.

how well does 10w30 work? i've heard you can use it in the AX15, and its a helluvalot cheaper than redline MT-90 which i've been using

mark btw if you want any old tests / shit from any of your classes (heat transfer, FEA in particular) lemme know and i can dig them out for you. it certainly helped me having an old copy of hte FEA tests to study from last year
