so...

heavy grinding noise/vibration from the front end when braking and low speeds. Goes away above like 30mph - fine all the way though 75mph.

Pulled the hubs - one was bad so i replaced it - slight change but not better.
Pulled the ujoints - both fine

driveshaft ujoints feel fine, plus no vibes/noise at high speeds

now what?

i had that issue before with my last shaft, only that only affected me at higher speeds and not low. This one is nice and tight

braking at any speed? and only vibes below 30 and above 75? you positive it is in the front end?

mostly just braking at low speeds (ie. it makes the low speed noise/vibration worse). Definitely the front end. Vibes/noise only below 30-35mph. Smooth beyond that.

thats tough to e-diagnose. check all the bolts on your suspension, make sure your caster didnt slip out.
