My uncle sold his 71 440 six pack 4spd limelight/gang green cuda in the late 80s for 3500 bucks. He's pretty upset about that now.

I could easily sell my stupid Pontiac right now for more than I paid for it.

But you want to sell it, get another jeep, and mod it again :laugh:

I just mentioned I could get more for my dumb car than I paid.

Has the thought of dropping the xj down to say stock axles, shorter suspension and smaller tires popped into your head?

Get money back on the big money items. Have a solid daily driver rig. And when/if life pans out differently you can resume where you left off a couple years ago and build your jeep up to the level it was once at, but differently, improving upon the things you wanted to improve upon.

id always be down to swap axles/tires + cash like patch and mike did, at least that way red jeeps axles will live on instead of going to some rando. food for thought

nope, when i get another XJ if it gets modded be on 30s max with a BB. i dont have the desire to really wheel huge rocks and stuff anymore. i doubt my next "rig" will be a XJ.
