I have a few small holes in my front floorboards that manage to keep my front carpet wet and ice up the inside of my windshield every morning

Is there some kind of putty or paste to temporarily (haha) cover them to limit the water intake?

When I get my welder back I'll tack in some new steel if you drive to my house. Either that or get some big rubber floor mats.

Depending on how bad it is we might be able to just roll it up out of the way so we don't have to pull it entirely.

edit: I found a thread on pbb saying to carve a bar of soap and stuff it in there. I guess it's the same idea as grease, just a lot more viscous.

I have a customer selling a CLEAN 99 automatic, tan, fully loaded options, has loose torque converter bolts, and needs the seat bracket (lower, not upper normal part) welded or repaired.

$1k. Thing is NICE.

Yup, but for some reason I came craving a beater rig. I remember you telling me about that one, stop tempting me!! I cant get a clean rig because then I might feel bad about trashing it.

Friend of mine told me to buy this one, I told him I don't need another XJ and don't have any money for one anyways. I bet you could get it for 4-500 pretty easy if the rust is as bad as he says it is, and I know someone you can sell most of the mantrans stuff to when you part it out.

Reminds me, I gotta get down your way for that welder and driveshaft (if you found it) sometime, I may be in the area new years eve if you're around. Me and a friend are doing a junkyard crawl, hopefully hitting sams, henrys, and millis PAP.
