THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

In related news anyone have a stock airbox for a 99 ford ranger? Mine has a gay K&N kit on it and it sounds like a fat chick is queefing every time I smash the gas.

That just happens to be my favorite sound.

moving an office and a lab sucks even more so when freaking everyone is asking why they cannot use the equipment every five minutes you have to explain that things take time and that other groups like electricians and safety team are dragging their feet

Old straps were getting a little ragged so might as well get nice ones. 8 foot with the separate axle straps. 185 with this nifty storage sack.

What happened to Angel's old XJ?

Still in Ken's yard? Engine and tranny are mine, rest of it is his.

Did mark ever sell my old 98?
Nope. After having so many people tell me they wanted it, then completely stop answering me (or the guy who looked at it and told me he wanted to see how it drove after I told him it doesn't run and I wasn't fixing it), selling it took a back seat. Got busy with life, moving, and 3 weeks spent in NH.

In unrelated news, I worked on the Briarwood for the first time in 9 months last weekend. Back together and sitting on its tires, now I just need to put both drive shafts back in, finish putting the interior together, and replace the windshield.

What's the plan for the Briarwood?

Originally planned on selling it a year or so ago, but I'm not sure at the moment.

Fix it, put an inspection sticker on it that didn't expire in 2011, and maybe drive it some here and there, use it for the winter. Until I realize its a 23 year old vehicle that doesn't drive as nice as my honda, is automatic, rattles, and will need something else fixed on it.

It would be sweet to jack it up, or build the '98. But if it takes me 9-10 months just to change control arms and UCA axle bushings, I can only imagine how long it would take to build up a Jeep.
