so im trying to track down a return PS hose for the comanche, all the sites say for 87-90 xj's but when I put in 89 comanche it says it doesn't fit
WTF? aren't they exactly the same? comanche specific ones are 30-50 bucks but the xj ones are as low as 18

they are full of crap, it is the same. Make sure you get the one with the steel line because a lot of the cheap ones are just the rubber part for the return line.

Yeah it has the metal part with fitting to go into the box, one of the two lines is rotted and its way easier to just cut both lines and get a socket on them for removal

Got my oil cooler mounted/plumbed. Had to clock the clutch lever twice in order to get the placement right. Sucked dick but whatever, just have to reassemble shit now.
Picked up a cheap mountain bike from Dicks on Sunday too. I'm bored of the gym and this way I can go biking with Kate for exercise.
Anyone up for the 99 this Thursday? I think Anthony said he would be.

yup lol.
were not gonna be doing anything crazy with them. probably lame bike paths and some easy trails n such. She likes hiking and I find things with wheels make it more fun. (only exception is real hiking, like climbing mountains n shit)

Just worked on that tan YJ's front diff again (that I set up about a month ago), put in a locker, vac disconnect, and added the pinion oil baffle I didn't have on hand last time. Pattern and preload are still good... pattern's a little close to the top land for my tastes but that could just be the existing wear pattern since they were Keith's old stock gears. I guess my chinese tools didn't significantly affect the outcome.
I have brackets for the tcase shifter crap for my swap, I am sure we can figure out between the two of us how to duplicate it for yours if you want.
Also, I now have the back half (well, back 3/4, in two separate pieces) of Billy's MJ, I even got home without a discussion concerning proper securing of cargo with MSP's finest. It is red, so is my XJ.
