Dumb question, anyone got a serviceable set of 3.55 hp30 gears around on the scrap pile? Turns out the yj I've been building for a friend has 3.07s (wtf, with a 4.2 and an auto?) and we're throwing a 3.55 c8.25 in the back, so it'd be nice to keep the gears matching.

I am on or around turkey day, actually. If you haven't scrapped em out by then we could definitely use them.

Turns out the company we got the ubolts from managed to make half of them with the threads not far enough up the shank (the other two bolts are perfect), and I'm not stooping to the level of using a 2" stack of washers on each one so progress has officially ceased till that gets sorted out.

finally pulled the trigger on my first set of aux lights for my new jeep... it looks so naked without anything and i love me some lights. fogs first, decided against a pair of rigid duallys in favor of hella micro DE fogs. about the size of a soda can, better output and beam but the same size of the LEDs for the same price. i still want a LED bar, maybe in springtime. i havent bought anything new for the jeep in months besides maintenance items.

after being stuck out in rausch past dark, I think im gunna pick up some hella's to mount behind the tube/grill. I dont have the cash nor do I wanna drop the coin for fancy lights, I just need something simple. jeff at crown has some, probavly what ill get

Trail worthy fab has cheap led bars if you wanna check those out
