Colin Im not positive on driveshaft length but an ax-15 is 1" shorter then a AW4.

the jcr bumper sticks out way to far, you can say goodbye to any decent departure angle, on another note ive started plans for a diff frt bumper with a even better aproach angle, just need the extra funds to biuld it

Yeah get it driving Kyle!!!

So my UCA bolt where it meets the LCA has like 1/8-1/16" of clearance against the driveshaft at full stuff after flipping the bolt around (head against driveshaft) and turning the pinion angle down some.

I'm going to flex it out again to check and see, but I THINK I might be ok. This is also with no bumpstops yet, so once the EVS bumps get here it might help.

No actually it's who I said I was going to order from. I completely gave up on the other place, the last time I called I was calm but pissed and he's like I can get 7/8" but I dont have misalignment spacers I don't know when you would see those...:-\

And with the place I ordered from now (not ballistic) they can't ship till this monday, and it takes 6 business days to get to me... I placed my order with them 8 business days to ago, I'm not to sure why these didn't ship a little quicker... it's starting to look like something so small will keep my jeep grounded for NacFest..

Yea they took some time off for memorial day weekend and are trying to play catch up I guess they got alot of orders and are trying to play catch up. That's all I really got out of them for now. Time will tell and thanks Bill, if all else fails I'll snag those from you.

How much are you looking to spend?
Junkyard, new OEM, or new aftermarket?
If you got the coin I'd snag a PSC unit, otherwise hit the junkyard, IMO.

im pullin the waggy box from my green jeep and swaping it into my blue jeep, if that dont help my steering issues then ill swap in a spare pump i got in the basement, i had a real hard time steering on the trails over the weekend

So you've got the green Jeep built and ready to go and instead of building the blue jeep so it'll be your wheelin' rig you're swapping all your parts over and making the green one the rig? sounds backwards to me

So you've got the green Jeep built and ready to go and instead of building the blue jeep so it'll be your wheelin' rig you're swapping all your parts over and making the green one the rig? sounds backwards to me

the green jeep is no where near ready to go, i got the blue jeep just about where i want it besides this steering issue

i just did a V8 WJ PS pump, it seems alot better but i could just be in my head. you mine as well do the 99+ manifold and belt tensioner at the same time

im just gonna stick with a stock xj pump on the blue jeep, dont want to dump much more money into it, the green jeep needs some attention, nac fest really aint looking to good now

i got mine for 50 bucks through LKQ and you can just swap it into whatever jeep you want after.

i have DW back again in full. not so awesome. i think the new ball joints i just put in are no good already. i'm not sure... something isn't how it should be, i'll say that.

i'm either going to start taking stuff apart in preparation for the WJ swap and unibody stiffening or i'm going to go back down to the newport area and look for apts some more.
