i did my knuckles today too, i had to use a 220 stick my 110 mig wouldnt get any penetration. but it came out nice...im still trying to figure out why the welding on the spacers is so important being that they are only spacers and have no real structural importance

unit bearing is resting on the spacer instead of the knuckle now.

rear shocks are in finally, also did a small tcase drop to stop the driveshaft binding, seems to be ok now but am still getting a yj yoke, also replaced the trans mount, tomorow will be motor mounts and alignment, maybee frt braklines if i get really motavated

i kow the bearing is resting on it but the bolts fill up the holes and if you have the proper torque it shouldnt matter all that much...no big deal mine are all welded up i just didnt know if there was something i was missing

unit bearing is resting on the spacer instead of the knuckle now.

and they align the axis of the u-joint to the axis of the BJ's so you don't get bind. cuz otherwise things will go boom.

Nice, this week i think ill order a new wheel for my spare, the one i got is bent good and leaks are, plus it dont match my other wheels

the whole wheel is bent, nhrockers bashed it off a rock a few years back, it was a pretty good hit

so yesterday, we though we might do some work on colins 44, figure out what to do with the track bar and junk. but NO, instead in typical Pellegrino style, people with awesome mopars decided to show up and make us drool.

my uncle has one of those. he bought it new, drove it for a summer, and it has been a garage queen ever since. i think his might be a 73 though, so not quite as cool as the 71

is the allthread 7/16 or the ID of the bolts on the eyes of the heims? i'm digging around mcmaster to make an order today for the linkage. also, about how long was the allthread? i know yours if from a 241 but its close enough to the 231 to make use of the adjustments in the heims
