Pleasantly surprised that I only broke a stock UCA today... guess I should fill the transfer case and replace the fan pulley bearing tomorrow.

Rebuilt and revalved a set of king 2.0s this weekend for a friend. Not as bad as I thought it would be.

So you got them apart? what did you have to do?

Tough call. We're going to be very very very hard pressed to make it this year with funds too.

On another note, those new egress codes that require 5.7sq ft of open window space for bedrooms makes the windows HUGE (which isn't all a bad thing) and expensive (which is all a bad thing). My bedroom windows (and consequently a lot of other windows to match) will have a RO of 2-11 5/8" wide by 5'-0 7/8" high.

And I would just wheel Nacfest.

That's what I did last year. Didn't have time/money for a cage/harnesses/correct seatbelts (the lap belt went around my stomach :laugh.

I just didn't do anything too retarded. It was awesome.

RO = rough opening size for the window before it goes in

Carmelo, make sure the wire and outlets that are in the wall are rated for the current that the breaker is for, after that, make whatever adapter you want, as long as you wire it right. If you draw too much it'll trip. On a 220 outlet you have hot, hot, and ground. I don't know the pinout for that second socket you linked, but if it's 220 it'll have hot/hot/ground and if it's 120/220 dual voltage it'll have hot/hot/neutral/ground.

I didn't wire the outlets and they don't trip now while welding. I'll double check them but worse case scenario they're 15amp breakers and wired accordingly. Yep, definitely hot/hot/ground on both. I know that much. What I'll probably do is convert the outlets themselves. The weird horizontal ones I have seem pretty oddball.

not sure. Some place billy found years ago.

Those window openings sound almost Victorian sized. I think my parents are about 3' by 5'.

It isn't a common outlet but it is the proper one for the voltage and current. It's just that almost no one (except industrial users and gyms) need 15 amp 220 volt outlets. Check out http://www.generatorjoe.net/html/web/outlet/quailplug.html it's very useful for identifying this shit, you are looking at a NEMA 6-15 outlet.

Chances are it doesn't work in your dvd player I believe, unless it's fancy. Also damn that's an expensive dvd.

Its like 6 dvds I'm not surprised none of you have herd about it as it came out before any of us were born. But it was a pretty badass show dudes a stuntman/bounty hunter, has a smokin hot sidekick(heather thomas) and skydrives the shit out of his truck, what's there not to like

All dvd players sold in the US are region 2 IIRC, and ntsc. You won't be able to play pal on any tv sold on this side of the Atlantic. You'll need a pc/mac with hacked video codecs
