I did a little mountain biking today around some trails. Man am I out of shape.

I almost impaled my face with a stump when I, after not being on a bike for a long time, decided to try to make it up a rock.

i rode home from work today...about two hours hitting some trails.i thought the same thing.out of shape. felt like my legs were gonna fall off.
and both my derailers were frozen, so down hill sucked.

I got the chance to do a compression test on the problem cylinder. It has OKAY compression. So if anyone isn't busy tomorrow and wants to help my further diagnose it I have to pull the valve cover and have someone crank it to see if the rockers are opening properly. If I have time I want to do a compression test on the rest of the engine to just see if it's worth salvaging( I think it is). Hopefully it's a crap lobe on the cam and be solved with a new cam and lifters and some elbow greese.

i went out skateboarding all day today and had chicken and waffles for dinner. holy crap and i'm still very full.
