Carmelo, do you need a steering shaft for this weekend, or is it just a part you're needing eventually? I can probably pull the one out of my parts XJ for ya, and possibly deliver it this weekend if I come up for Fall Crawl.
I just made a dumbass over-engineering mistake. Lately my dishwasher has been acting up and not dumping the detergent in, or so I thought. I use these little gel-pack things of detergent rather than the powdered stuff, and everytime I'd open the door after it finished a cycle, the little gel pack would still be sitting in the detergent spot. WTF? It always used to work fine.
After a long period of dicking around with it, I finally figured out that I have to load the gel pack in a specific way, otherwise it gets hung up on the little door and won't fall out into the dishwasher. Guess I just got lucky the first few times.
I promise if I come to Fall Crawl I'll have more exciting things to talk about.
