actually bump, how much do the axles weigh? we could maybe roll out there in my truck after the UJ meeting, mine is a 3/4 ton so it should be able to shlepp the things around

wanna PM me the recipe sometime? I've made them before with beer using some mix I found in the seafood store, but they weren't half as good as the ones from outback.

I might take you up on that Kyle if I dont find someone sooner. Together they both weigh about 1/2 ton. If you want you could leave your truck at my house and drive big black to the meeting and then there, its upto you. If you dont get the tranny out, which you should, let me know I'll come up and help you. Your biggest problem will be if those stupid star bolts up top will come out, after that its a piece of cake.

Orange marmalade with red pepper for the sauce
a few big shrimp
1 bottle budwieser
flour(two cups?)
1 tablespoon baking soda
coconut shavings
white flour
mix beer, and baking soda
add flour slowly, mixing as you add.
batter should be pretty thick.
heat oil to 350*
iirc, dip shrimp into the flour, then batter, then coconut.
cook three-four minutes or until they float.. enjoy!!
