A few things that alarm me about that:

Putting a heavy engine in an otherwise perfectly balanced car :nono:
Buying someone elses cool project also means buying their headaches.

5.0 is only like 70lbs heavier than the E30 M3 motor. relocate the battery and weight balance = unharmed

I will. I'm hoping to get home from Domenic's by 8 and hoping for no rain so I can tryyy to toss the rest of the hydro crap together and get it bled. We shall see.

My Mommy is going to the RMV today for me to register my trailer for this year, and Daddy said I can borrow his truck for towing this weekend if I need it. Yayy

Did a compression test on the stroker last night...all 6 cylinders are 125 psi or better.

Oil was bad but not horrible...I was expecting much worse based on the shmutz I saw on the dipstick. But the oil hadn't been changed in over a year and I didn't look in the drain pan before I filled it either...so who knows. If the head gasket is shot, it's only minimally so.

Shit runs perfect so I'm gonna FIRI until something blows up or gets worse.
