did they actaully show you that the ball joints were bad or did they just tell you? everything was tip top enough last time i was in there, they never hinted they were going bad

Where the heck do you guys go that they lift a vehicle off the ground and take a look at stuff like ball joints? I have never seen my vehicles take a tire off the ground. I was passed for safety with a flat tire once.
