The cord casings wear out and the wires fatigue. I have never broken the speaker part.

it may have been diffrent i dont really remember, i do know some of the welds came out pretty good

Granted my tank only gets filled to 1600-1800 PSI.

Im usually around 20. If Im outside and its windy, 25-30.

holy crap you guys run a lot of gas

i run 15ish CFM. crank it up to like 20 if im outside and i feel wind but never had problems with it

I gotta get a new bottle tomorrow, might as well grab another spool of .030" wire while Im there. I stopped by today after work, but he had just exchanged out all his 80cu bottles. More will be there in the morning and theres a good place next door for lunch after work tomorrow so no biggie.

I own a bottle too. I just give him my empty one and get another full one in 30 seconds :moon: I dont need to have the exact same bottle. Plus, then I know my bottle is always in good shape and certifications are up to date.
