I like my ATs on snow... that's about it so far though.

They make a lot more noise on the road after last weekend. Maybe it was the fact that I managed to roast them pretty good snow wheeling... throttle is no substitute for traction aids but it is still fun.

I refuse to take the GWB/Cross Bronx. Add 15 miles to go the Tappan Zee, remove an hour of traffic and headaches.

i especially enjoy the $8 in tolls or whatever it is on the GWb and the bridge is still in fawking HORRIBLE condition.

so for my gusset for the axle uca mount shall i make a couple 4"x.25 gussets and box em in or take a piece of 2x5x3/16 cut at 45* and use that? im thinkin the 4" as i gots lots o plate at the moment frame end tb brackets getting random gussts to

used to use the tappanzee to get to rc. then realized 84 to 81 is a much nicer, stress free, no traffic drive. and takes just as long despite being a longer trip

That's the one. I haven't been in there since HS, but I want to get in there again before they tear it down.
For anyone who doesn't know what we are talking about, its an abandoned mental hospital. It sits on close to 500 acres and has almost 30 buildings- most of them interconnected by tunnels, there are even tunnels that cross under RT 12. There is some great architecture from the early 1900's, as well as various hospital, lab, housing, and administration buildings. One building is equipped as a prison for the mentally insane, and it even has its own power plant.
For anyone who has been to mohegan sun, If you looked across the river and saw all the brick buildings, you have seen part of the hospital complex.
As far as I know, when the construction company set up the fence around it, the town of preston got rid of the security company.
