I Got at least 12" in Manchester kinda hard to tell with the wind, Didnt really get to bust out in 4wd, they kept up with the roads really well (probably cause the city is just itching to spend $$$) Hoping to find some road thats like 2 feet of drifting snow lol:viking:

I got my alternator from a Durango with a 4.7L (I think). With a little massaging of the bracket it fits (the case is larger then the XJ's but the mounting holes are the same). It's a 170 amp unit. If you want I can give you the exact year that it fits when I get home.

I measured outside and we have an average of 10-12" right now, but its still snowing pretty hard. Plow guy was here at 4am and he will be back again later. I am thinking snow run sometime in the middle or end of February.

That would be sweet. I planned on grinding the bracket for my "upgrade" but the 117A from the dakota (2.5L engine) was a direct fit so I got lucky. I wouldn't mind massaging for an upgrade from 117 to 170A :thumbup: Just means that upgrading the wiring harness will have to be done ASAP.
My pump is getting a bit leaky; I've been tempted to do the same upgrade as soon as I get the drag link for the 1-ton steering done. The plan was to garage the Jeep and do that upgrade this week and new years wkend but the alternator kinda screwed with those plans and delayed them a couple days.

Just finished plowing here again. The little tractor put up a fight and was able to get thru the snow banks. Time to thaw out for a little bit then take the mini bike around the streets

This snow storm was a bust, watched a couple news statinos last night and there all like "PPL STAY INSIDE, BLIZZARD WARNING WHOLE STATE ITS GOING TO SNOW UNTIL 6PM MONDAY THE STATES GETTING SHUT DOWN BLAH BLAH BLAH." I was up at 8 this morning and the snow had completely stopped, and the roads aren't even bad

only got 8-10" but it's super heavy, like Scott mentioned. For example, the 15' tall bushes between my yard and my neighbors yard are less than 6' tall. I can see their whole backyard.

Now I just have to decide whether its going in the red jeep at some point in the future, or something else. I have no need for it right now obviously but it was too good a deal to pass up.
I had a bunch of fun in worcester before my tcase decided it hated life, limped it home and left it.
good choice. I just went to sams and got me a 60... 97 f350, balljoint, short driver side tube, BUT it was 150 bucks including sawzall blades and a pair of rollers, all the brakes, etc.
Now I just have to decide whether its going in the red jeep at some point in the future, or something else. I have no need for it right now obviously but it was too good a deal to pass up.
