Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I got a tool for that. Either a sandblaster or I got this tool made up of thin metal spikes that spins around and takes off everything. I cant believe I cant think of the name, its been awhile.

Wire wheel, yea thats what I was using. it helped ALOTT

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

No no not a wire wheel. This thing has 3" long spikes like nails that hang down until you turn on the drill and then look out. Strips like a bastard.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Thank you. Dammit that was buggin me. I try to get the most off the easiest way and then to other tools as I get closer. I had to strip off Rhino liner once, that sucked, and not the kind you get at the store actual Rhino liner. This also works alright for small spots.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

does everyone here do the alignments at home or do they take there rigs to a shop?

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I do mine at home. WJ is WICKED EASY!!! the adjustments to the tie rod and drag link can be made with your hand after you loosen the jam nuts.

Oh, 1/4" toe in!

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

wow, looks like i missed some talk that actaully acomplished stuff last night. sunday is gunna be sweet, i will have 2 or 3 open seats too it any needs one. im prepared to kick ass, its gunna be interesting to see how the jeeps drives 2+ hours home afterwards:D

had to help a buddy change a PS pressure hose on a 93 S10 blazer last nite, wosrt design ever. had to rip the whole alt, pump, pulleys and brackets off first jsut to get access to the backside of the pump. then on the way to autozone, my exhaust decides to sound like an anrgy midget trool jackhammering on the tranny crossmember.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

worrrrkkkkkkkkkk.

to stay or not to stay, that is my question....you guys think I should work tonight til 9pm, or leave at 430? If I stay today then Thursday I leave at 430, but if I leave at 430 today, I need to stay til 9 on Thursday. I'm thinking it would be smarter to just stay today and get it done, but I'm tired and not much in the mood hah. Anyone know a weather forecast? I'm gonna look now.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

ok. I think I'm gonna leave today and stay Thursday...today's forecast is 52* and partly cloudy while Thursday is 49* and potential rain. Soooo. Today I will work on the Jeep :)

No problem man. Like I said, I wish I could have made it a reality to have everyone there, but we'll always have NAXJA runs.

BTW, did you get those edelbrock shocks as well?
