Awesome! Let me know if you want help working out that electrical issue, I have a full 91 FSM and a multimeter. I'm busy as hell this week, this weekend, and next weekend, but next week is pretty free right now.

I'm flying out to Colorado the weekend of the 9th, and won't be back for about a month, so you're on your own after that!

Oh and the new avatar cracks me up every time I see it.

Just got a PM for a T18 with hydraulic clutch setup located somewhere in MA. 6.32:1 first gear, SHIT.

I read somewhere the hatch cylinder sometimes works as an on/off for the alarm, you hear that before?
Im probably getting it here monday day, so hopefully if your around, Ill have a good jump on it by the nighttime.
I actually called you to run the issue by you, to see what your opinion was, but went to voicemail immediately,so if theres a frantic incoherent message on there, its me.

So, the interior is missing, from carpet to cosole, backseat,pass seat, rear interior plastics,and the f+r plastic fenders were removed(in the back of jeep)and the front fenders have been trimmed.Needs a nss, only starts in neutral.
and it does that stupid alarm thing,which may or may not have something to do with nss.

Other than that, it runs+drives,has new brake lines from the master on,decent tread, and 4x4 works(sticky, but works)and new exhaust from the cat up.(cat is deleted, but will be remedied)


Picked it up for $300.
Same amount I paid for olive drab 2door xj and same amount I paid for the lwb mj, and the parts xj I used to have.

I love the $300 deals, they always seem to fall in my lap:party:

I'm going to try and sell all my automatics to get a T18. I have like 5 TH400s and 3 TH400 to dana20 adapters which are worth like $100 each at least. CMOOOONNNNNNNNN buy my crap!

never heard that, actually. I haven't bought an XJ with an alarm yet so I haven't had to worry about it.

My cellphone died this morning while I was in a meeting and I didn't have time to throw it on the charger till around lunchtime, so you probably just chose the wrong moment to call.

Wish I found 300 dollar deals like that :roflmao: though I've done fairly ok.

It's the transmission I've always wanted. I didn't want to mess with adding a clutch pedal and slave cylinder and stuff but at this point that's such a stupid reason to let hold me back. I figure it will save me from having to regear so soon which will save me $100 at least. Although I found out the guy put in a AA 23 spline shaft which is for a dana 300 which sucks and I don't wanna pay for that.

SCREW THAT. That must be the guy who PMed me. It's got to because of the dumb output shaft and adapter he put in. Well scratch that then.

Yeah the damn thing is gonna get either fixed and drove home or burnt to the ground in a few hours depending on how much it pisses me off.

As long as it's NOT the ECU, I should be able to drive it home.

At least I know the easiest way to swap a CPS now, and only minorly burned my arm on the exhaust in the process!

I've got just the bottom gasket in this pic but I think I can make this adapter with one of the pieces of aluminum I got from ken. It'll end up a little thinner if it works but whatever.
