Mark/Scott - I'm hoping before nacfest so I meet the trail requirements. Gonna have to bust ass on a hitch though, we'll see. If Mark's got dibs already I'm not going to try and buy them out from under him.

Drove to haverhill and picked up my 98 fsm set :yelclap: then drove home and found my unit bearings miraculously still on the front steps. Now I'm just considering which parking structure I am going to install them in.

Well, you remember it has a H&T on it, right? (Just making sure you remember holding it while I was drilling and tapping it)

Depends, you want to come down this weekend and help me finish up my jeep/install a 241? :D

its the special mopar prorock 44 center and tubes with Dodge power wagon inner C's. the rear is the power wagon axle too.









they say youll be able to buy it all direct from your local mopar dealer, i wonder what the price tag would be.

TJ Rubi front 44s are pretty pointless though.

Those were all undeserved.

1) The guy who asked for pictures of triangulated front 4 links, then posted up saying he had one, and then got mad about us calling him an idiot for u-bolting the upper mounts, when he didn't explain that it "hadn't been welded or finished yet," was in fact an idiot.
2) Signature infractions are lame, the "quote" shouldn't count as a line. The mod just did it because I told one of his buddies to relax in a thread when he was giving the OP (who I guess he knew) crap. There were 3 other people on that page that had violations of signature rules, he knew them all, and their sigs never changed for weeks.
3) Come on, the guy was trying to sell his "Rubicon Ready" cherokee, that had less stuff under it than mine, for 15K, you don't think he is going to get people telling him its overpriced? I didn't even say anything mean in that one.

Rear leaves and MJ shackles are installed in Mel's Jeep. It's sitting about 1-1.5" lower than she wanted (she wants ~3"). I think i'm going to build a bastard pack using the old mean leaf and maybe another leaf. Anybody built a bastard pack and got a little over an inch? What did you use?

adam i got some misc aal's that i got a few years ago from a local 4x4 shop, there were from some other leaf pack, anyways with a extra xj main they gave me 2" of lift with nothing in the back i got 2.5" you can have em if you want

I've got the stock pack as well as the better pack that is currently in her Jeep. I'm going to try putting in a main leaf in that pack. I'll keep in mind that you've got those leaves. Thanks anyways.

cool, speakin of aal's after nac fest im tossin a extra main in the 98 to get it level, its curenly stock out back and 1.75 spacers in frt, lookin sad

Ken, NACFest is next weekend, I know I'm not going to be wheeling next weekend. Use those tow hook brackets for NACFest, I'll bring the hooks up after this weekend if you want.

good to know, only issue is finding a copper punch in keene, i coulnt even find a brass one to do the rear main, had to improvise on that
