Was it a short sale? I've been under agreement for 3-4 months now. It's listed in MLS as inactive, though, and they aren't showing it to anyone else anymore.

Lucky. I wish I had no rust. I am slowly getting there. Now I just have rockers and rear quarters. Might be cutting off re-doing the rear quarters this weekend. Maybe even rockers too now that I think about it. Though I will likely just use the sheet and not do the 2x6 until it's warmer out and I can work outside.ok ill tell you guys it failed for a fog light being out and the licence plate lights being out, thats it, and no worries about rust on this one, its mint
