I think it might be from how the caliper (looked to me??) like it was just kind of floating in space, and not held tight to the knuckle/caliper bracket.

PFFFT! Have a nice time trying to find a MJ in new england that is rust free. If rust is what's holding you back you probably shouldn't start looking at jeeps that are 10 or more years older than the one you have.
With that said.... DO IT

yeah, who does. aw4anthony wants nothing to do with that transmission thoughand Idk if he'd want a long bed to build a wheeling rig? x2 on the zero rust though
thanks for the backup. i don't know if i want a LB or SB. either way it's probably getting chopped up eventually. i don't want it to be tube only. i like the look of a full body...anthony wants nothing to do with that transmission thoughand Idk if he'd want a long bed to build a wheeling rig? x2 on the zero rust though
personally, if i was building an mj to be on tons, id go with the longbed,it would kinda look bigger(weird prob, but i remember a pic of a LB on 38's and thought it gave it a different look vs the SB)thanks for the backup. i don't know if i want a LB or SB. either way it's probably getting chopped up eventually. i don't want it to be tube only. i like the look of a full body...
