I have no idea if it is or not, but my impression is that people selling cars without titles on craigslist have either something to hide, or are too stupid and/or lazy to actually do that kind of paperwork.

I have seen that at either the great american jeep rally or the stafford CT swap meet several times in the last few years, not sure which. It looked well built iirc.

I could swear I've driven by that a million times, it's parked along the west side of rt19 somewhere between the CT border and rt20 which lines up with it being listed in Wales.

Price seems fair for the condition as I remember it, but I haven't really checked it out carefully.
