In order to post a pic using the IMG tags you'll need to have it hosted on another site. The tags won't work with pics that are on your computer. Go to www.Tinypic.com, click on the BROWSE button and select the pic you are trying to post then click on the Host button. after the pic is uploaded you can copy and paste the image link here and the pic will be visible.
